518 Quality Home Repair was founded by Jim several years ago. After decades in the building trades and working with some of the most skilled contractors and trade professionals in the business, he learned a significant factor in observing others with the contractor/customer experience. He noticed something was usually missing, not necessarily the trade knowledge (although often the case), but more so the communications and actions relating to a positive customer experience. He believes that communication and building professional relationships with customers on what their needs are and how to best accomplish meeting those needs is paramount over the often-seen pushy sales tactics and sub-par work and materials, that over promise and under-deliver the final results. He takes personal pride in each project, no matter how big or small, and strives to ensure the finished project is of the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
